The Perfect accessory to match any of Cubs tutus. Mix up to 4 tulle colours and 2 embellishments to create your perfect wand. So much fun and a little bit different to your usual wand. Soft and colourful and handmade from scratch.
My Wands measure approximately 14", handles are wrapped with your colour choice of ribbon or organza, bedecked with trailing ribbons and topped off with a large, soft puff ball of colorful tulle.
