How will my nappy cake arrive?
The cake is placed on a white cake board and is beautifully presented with cellophane wrap, gift bow, ribbon, and gift message card. It's then securely placed in a cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap and delivered via a national courier company. Can I add a personalised gift message?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a 'gift tag' to write any message you would like to accompany your cake. If the cake is to be delivered directly and you would like us to complete a tag on your behalf please provide us with all the relevant details by completing the Gift Tag Message box prior to adding your cake to your basket. Please note, we do not print gift tags, they will be hand written. How long does delivery take?
You can select your delivery time, you can pick either 2-3 working day delivery for just £3.95 or next working day delivery for £8.95. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Can I track my parcel?
Yes, you will be sent an email to confirm the date your item was despatched. This will include a tracking number, you can trace your parcel at the following web address'. Alternatively, contact us and we will do it for you.

Yes, on some of the items you can select a size preference at the order stage between prem, newborn, 0-3 month's, 3-6 month's and 6-9 month's. Do you deliver to Southern Ireland and Scottish Highlands?
We can deliver to these areas, however the delivery costs are higher. Please email us to get a quote. The areas are: - UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.

Do you deliver Abroad?
Yes, we can deliver abroad, here are the delivery charges for certain areas. If you place your order under the standard £3.95 delivery option and we will invoice you the additional charge.

- Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands & Luxembourg £24.00
- Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain & Sweden £29.00

Can I place an order from abroad for a delivery address in England?
Yes, absolutely. Just follow the regular ordering procedure and when asked for the address, give the recipients UK address.
