Postage:
I post all domestic UK packages via Royal Mail First Class. You can expect to receive your order between 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery to UK addresses is free, *excluding any item ordered from the gift/nappy cake category as they are sent via courier. Delivery via Airmail to European Countries is charged at a flat rate of £4.50 per order. Delivery via Airmail to USA, Canada & Australasia is charged at £7.50 per order. Delivery expected 3–5 working days for international delivery unless otherwise stated. Postage costs will be added at the check-out. No tracking available, contact me if you require this option. Please note I am not responsible for any duties that may be payable on delivery, delivery times are approximate.

Returns Policy:
I want you to be completely happy with your Cubs purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied please return items with proof of purchase in a perfect, unworn condition within 7 working days for a full refund. Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to me. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. I will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Custom Orders: There are no refunds or exchanges given on these items unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery. In the event that you wish to return a special order to me you MUST contact me first to see what we can do to remedy the situation.
